Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients
- Frozen blueberries (or fresh blueberries)
- Oat milk
- Lactose-free yogurt
- 1 Banana
Instructions
- Cut banana into small pieces and put in blender.
- Fill blender about 1/3 full with oat milk.
- Add about 1 cup of lactose-free yogurt.
- Add 1 to 2 cups of blueberries.
- Blend.
