Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Frozen blueberries (or fresh blueberries)
  • Oat milk
  • Lactose-free yogurt
  • 1 Banana

Instructions

  1. Cut banana into small pieces and put in blender.
  2. Fill blender about 1/3 full with oat milk.
  3. Add about 1 cup of lactose-free yogurt.
  4. Add 1 to 2 cups of blueberries.
  5. Blend.
