Dairy-free Bechamel Sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 5 to 6 garlic cloves, pressed or crushed
- 4 to 5 tablespoons of flour
- about 1/2 cup of oat milk
- Heat olive oil with garlic.
- Mix in flour, whisking constantly.
- Slowly add oat milk, whisking constantly, until it thickens to desired consistency.
This sauce works well as a pizza sauce and a pasta sauce.
