Gastritis is not a lot of fun as many foods end up causing lots of pain. However, with a bit of creativity, there are still many different things you can enjoy.

From my personal experience and the help of several friends adapting recipes, I would like to share with you several recipes that we have tweaked or found that are gastritis-friendly. Click here to jump directly to the recipes.

First, let me share with you ingredients/foods safe to eat and ingredients/foods to avoid. One thing to note first, while you will not find fish except for salmon listed on any lists or in any recipes, fish is actually one of the safe foods; I just personally do not like the smell or taste of fish.
