Moroccan Style Grilled Chicken
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed or minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 4 chicken breasts
- Combine brown sugar, garlic, cumin, turmeric, and cinnamon well and set aside.
- Cut chicken breasts into small pieces and fry until fully cooked.
- For the last five minutes of cooking, spread equal amounts of the spice mix over the chicken and continue frying until fully cooked.
Makes 4 portions.
