Moroccan Style Grilled Chicken


  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed or minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 chicken breasts


  1. Combine brown sugar, garlic, cumin, turmeric, and cinnamon well and set aside.
  2. Cut chicken breasts into small pieces and fry until fully cooked.
  3. For the last five minutes of cooking, spread equal amounts of the spice mix over the chicken and continue frying until fully cooked.

Makes 4 portions.
