Loves reading, running, biking, and spending time with my family.

I live in Québec, Canada. We have cold, snowy winters and hot, humid summers. Therefore my favourite seasons are spring and fall. In spring, I love feeling the heat of the sun as it starts getting warmer, listening to the songs of the birds, and watching new life grow all around as flowers bud and trees grow new leaves. In the summer I love watching hummingbirds, blue jays, chipmunks, butterflies, etc. In the fall I enjoy the beauty of the leaves changing colours. And in the winter, despite the intense cold, I do enjoy the beauty of a fresh snowfall with the evergreens white with snow.

My hobbies are reading, running, biking, and spending time with my family. My husband and I are both avid readers, and our kids are growing up with a love for books. Some of my favourite times are when we sit together as a family each reading our own books and sharing highlights from our books with each other. While I enjoy reading novels, especially mystery novels, my favourite reading is books that help me digger deeper into the truths of the Word of God. Some of my favourite books are Knowing Christ by Mark Jones and The Pilgrim’s Progress by John Bunyan. The most helpful book that I have read so far is Glorious Freedom by Richard Sibbes; it was a bit more challenging of a read but definitely worth it.

I have a diploma in bilingual office administration and a certificate for teaching English as a second language. I have the blessing of using my education and previous work and life experience serving at 9Marks in the role of Int’l Resource Manager. 9Marks is all about building healthy churches that reflect the character of God all around the world. To this end, 9Marks hosts events, builds networks, and creates resources. Many of our key resources are translated into many different languages to help reach more people groups all around the world in their native tongue. I have the privilege of working with these translated files, making translations available on Amazon, maintaining part of our web site that details all our translations available and how to access them. I also have the privilege of working with our editorial team on our quarterly journals helping prepare and make them available on Amazon.
